I'm Bill Ryan, a retired Sr. Programmer/Analyst and Contractor. After completing U.S. Navy service, I moved to Miami, FL where I graduated, eventually, from the University of Miami while working my way through college at Eastern Airlines. I married and moved to the San Francisco Bay Area where I lived for over 15 years before settling in the NW area over ten years ago after my divorce. I've enjoyed a long career maintaining and developing major complex computer systems for a variety of companies, including Bank of America, Blue Cross of Northern California, Nike and ING before retiring from working at Kaiser Permanente three years ago. I enjoy many activities including; motorcycling, bicycling, golf, racquetball, tennis, snowboarding, working out, computer stuff, Zumba and exploring and playing with my wonderful companion, my Chocolate Lab, Sophie.
